Welcome to 828ph ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by 828ph Gaming Corporation, a company duly registered and licensed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 828ph. By accessing, registering, or using the 828ph website located at https://828ph.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 828ph, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You affirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Platform. 828ph reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time through documentation requirements, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment verification.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

All users of 828ph must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 828ph employs age verification measures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and relevant authorities notified as required by Philippine law.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or be physically located within Philippine territory when accessing 828ph services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws. 828ph operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and adheres strictly to Philippine gaming regulations.

2.3 Account Limitations

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 828ph. The creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false information is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. You may not allow any other person to access your account or use your login credentials.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services on 828ph, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and a secure password. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification upon request for account verification purposes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify 828ph of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. 828ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. We recommend using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication where available, and never sharing your account details with third parties.

3.3 Account Verification

828ph reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, payment methods, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment verification (screenshots of e-wallet accounts or bank statements). Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Deposits and Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

828ph accepts deposits through authorized payment channels including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Philippine bank transfers, and other methods as may be made available from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through e-wallet services (GCash, Maya) are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect in your 828ph account. 828ph does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

828ph maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) policies in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. All deposits are subject to AML screening. 828ph reserves the right to reject suspicious deposits, request additional verification, or report transactions to relevant authorities. Funds derived from illegal activities will not be accepted, and such deposits will be reversed and reported to law enforcement.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time, subject to completion of required wagering requirements and verification procedures. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts verified and registered in your name. 828ph reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash withdrawals (10-30 minutes), Maya withdrawals (10-30 minutes), bank transfers (1-3 business days). Processing times commence after successful account verification and compliance checks. 828ph strives to process withdrawals as quickly as possible but is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and VIP tier. Standard accounts have a maximum daily withdrawal limit of ₱100,000. VIP members may enjoy higher limits as specified in their VIP tier benefits. 828ph does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur administrative fees as disclosed during the withdrawal process.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

828ph offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards ("Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. Bonus terms are clearly stated in each promotion's description and must be accepted before claiming any Bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of bonus activation, or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-50%.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

828ph reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or withhold Bonuses if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of terms is detected. Examples of bonus abuse include creating multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, delayed betting, hedging strategies, or any behavior designed to exploit promotional terms. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may face account suspension or permanent termination.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play Policy

828ph is committed to providing fair, transparent, and secure gaming. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested and verified by independent testing laboratories including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and iTech Labs. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by 828ph or any player.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities: using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; colluding with other players; exploiting software errors or game malfunctions; participating in fraudulent or criminal activity; money laundering; identity theft; chargebacks or payment reversals without valid justification; harassment of other players or staff; sharing account access; reverse engineering or tampering with platform software.

7.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected game rounds are void and bets are refunded. 828ph is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or device failures. It is the player's responsibility to ensure stable internet connectivity and compatible devices when using 828ph services.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment to Player Protection

828ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to ensure gaming remains a form of entertainment.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from seven (7) days to permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through customer support. During the self-exclusion period, players cannot access their accounts, receive promotional communications, or create new accounts. 828ph will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded individuals from creating new accounts, but players are ultimately responsible for adhering to their self-exclusion commitments.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, software, and other materials on the 828ph platform are the exclusive property of 828ph Gaming Corporation or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 828ph Gaming Corporation, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses. 828ph's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 828ph Gaming Corporation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, your violation of any third-party rights, or any fraudulent or illegal activity. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to 828ph. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using 828ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 828ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and restricted access protocols. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and 828ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 Suspension by 828ph

828ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users. Suspended accounts may be restored upon successful completion of verification procedures or resolution of identified issues.

13.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be refunded to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at the sole discretion of 828ph management.

13.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination or suspension of your account, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. 828ph may retain your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of 828ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

14.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy, you agree to first contact 828ph customer support to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through our customer service channels. Please provide a detailed description of your concern and allow 828ph reasonable time to investigate and respond.

14.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Amendments to Terms

828ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of 828ph services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through email notification or prominent notice on the Platform. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

16.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented during specific promotions or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and 828ph and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

16.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. 828ph's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of 828ph. 828ph may freely assign these Terms and all rights and obligations to any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
